SM City-Bicutan is set to rise at the north-western quadrant off the Bicutan Interchange at the South Luzon Tollway (SLT), at an area cordoned by Doña Soledad Ave., the SLT west service road and by the on-off ramps of the Manila South Skyway (MSS).
As its other commercial developments, SM felt the need to have SM City-Bicutan to be subjected to proper traffic planning. SM therefore commissioned SMDI in 2000 to conduct a traffic impact study and recommend traffic management measures to mitigate potential traffic problems in the area.
