This study was undertaken in 1999 by SMDI for Luisita Realty Corporation to present the findings of the market survey at the Luisita Commercial Complex (LCC) and recommendations to make the complex generate more patrons.
The main objectives of the study were to: a) assess the existing characteristics of commercial activities within the LCC; b) determine the existing level of patronage of the various commercial establishments, including patrons’ profile, preferences and patterns of availment of services; c) determine the needs for further commercial development, from the point of view of both patrons and service suppliers; and d) assess the impact of the New Expressway on LCC patronage.
