On May 29-30, 2015, SMDI held its CSR initiative and teambuilding overnight at the Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm in Bulacan. The staff was given a half-day tour of the farm to create social awareness by observing a model for CSR that may help the team develop its own program. The rest of the day was spent in strengthening interpersonal relationships and achieving team unity to pursue the company’s vision, mission and goals as a high performing team.
